Robbie Taranto, Practice Manager
Robbie Taranto is SMA's Practice Manager and has been with the practice for two years.
Robbie has a dual BBA in Healthcare Management and Human Resource Management.
Robbie oversees the day to day running of the Practice and it's staff, ensuring the office
runs smoothly and efficiently.
Robbie is in the office Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:00, and is happy to address any questions or concerns you may have.
Erica
Erica, SMA's Surgical Coordinator, has been with the practice for over ten years. Erica does all the surgical scheduling and handles any number of surgical issues for Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Steiner, and Dr. Patz. Erica is compassionate and sympathetic to the patients' needs making sure they are both well-informed and comfortable with all aspects of their upcoming procedure.
Erica is in the office Mon - Thurs 8:00 - 5:00.
Shannen
Shannen has been with the practice for more than eight years. Shannen works with Dr. Hester scheduling both his office patient visit and his surgical cases.
Shannen is in the office Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri 9:00 - 3:30.
Arlene
Arlene has been with the practice for more than eight years. Arlene works with Dr. Dolgov scheduling all of Dr Dolgov's office visits, MRI's, Facet Injections, and Epidurals. Arlene makes sure that the patient has both a pleasant and comfortable experience when they come to the office.
Arlene is in the office Mon - Thurs, 8:00 - 5:00.
Gena
Gena has been with the practice for three years. Gena works with Dr. Steiner and Dr. Patz maintaining their busy office schedules, keeping track of their surgical schedules and assisting patients with any issues or concerns they may have.
Gena is in the office Tues - Fri, 8:00 - 2:30.
Jerry
Jerry is SMA's Orthotist. Jerry has been with the practice over ten years and performs a variety of duties including the making of both soft and rigid orthotics as well as assisting with casting and bracing when necessary.
Jerry is in the office Mon - Thur, 8:00 - 6:00.
Greg
Greg is also an Orthotist. Greg has been with the practice for over ten years.
Greg is in the office on Fridays, 8:00 - 2:00.
Tracey
Tracey has been with the practice for over five years and is responsible for getting insurance pre-certifications for all surgeries, diagnostic testing and procedures ordered by our physicians.
Tracey is in the office Mon - Fri, 7:30 - 9:30.
Erin
Erin has been with the practice for two years. Erin works with Dr. Mitchell, scheduling his office visits as well as being available to assist with his busy surgical schedule. Erin makes sure that Dr. Mitchell's practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Erin is in the office Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri, 8:00 – 5:00
Michelle
As the receptionist, Michelle is responsible for answering SMA's busy phones taking messages and delivering them to the appropriate person, she is often times the first point of contact for our patients. Erin is kind, courteous and professional on the phone, a great asset to have at the front desk.
Michelle is in the office Mon – Thurs 8:30 – 5:00, Fri 8:00 – 4:00.
Kayla
Kayla is our newest employee; Kayla is a part time employee whose primary responsibility is to assist Erin in the smooth running of Dr Mitchells practice. Kayla also helps with front desk coverage when staff is absent do to sickness or vacation.
Kayla is in the office Mon., Tues., and Thurs 11:00 – 5:00 and Fri 9:00 – 1:00
Courtney
Courtney has been with the practice for two years, she is primarily responsible for our medical records department, gathering records requests and making sure they are sent to the requester in a timely fashion.
Courtney is in the office Mon – Thurs 9:00 – 5:00 and Fri 9:00 – 4:00
