Sports Medicine Associates operates out of The Equine Center, a modern veterinary facility located at the historic site of the former Delaware Equine Center in Cochranville, PA. Our location places us in the heart of Chester County’s sport horse community and allows us to deliver advanced diagnostics and therapeutic services in a controlled, well-equipped environment.

Our Facility at The Equine Center Includes:
- A dedicated lameness pad designed for accurate evaluation through jogging, flexion testing, and lunging
- Three heated examination rooms for year-round clinical comfort and safety
- On-site stabling for horses requiring extended evaluation or treatment
- Office and consultation space to support client communication and case collaboration
- Two in-house pharmacies stocked for efficient treatment and medication management
We share the facility with Goodall Equine and Fawn Grove Equine, forming a hub of collaborative veterinary care in southeastern Pennsylvania.
